Program status: not yet active

Magic Notary and More does not currently send SMS messages — we do not yet have a dedicated business phone number. The Terms below describe the program that will apply once SMS messaging is enabled, so consent and compliance language is ready in advance. These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the SMS messaging program operated by Magic Professional Services LLC, doing business as Magic Notary and More ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Magic Notary and More once the program is active, you agree to these Terms.
