Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magic Notary and More website and notary services, operated by Magic Professional Services LLC, doing business as Magic Notary and More ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). By contacting us, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Magic Notary and More provides mobile notary public services in Lithia Springs, Douglas County, and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area, Georgia, including:

• General document notarization (acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, copy certifications)
• Loan signing services for refinances and purchases
• Real estate closing notarization
• Apostille assistance and document prep support

2. Notary Limitations

You are responsible for ensuring that any document you bring to us is complete and ready for signature, and for understanding its legal content before signing. If you have questions about the legal meaning or effect of a document, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Scheduling and Fees

Georgia's state notarial fee ($2–$4 per signature) is set by state law and charged separately from our travel and convenience fees. Current travel and service fees are published on our rates page and may be updated from time to time. Travel fees are based on distance from our home base in Lithia Springs, GA.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete a notarization, you must:

• Appear in person before the notary at the scheduled time and location
• Present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification
• Sign documents willingly and without coercion, and demonstrate an understanding that you are signing a notarial act
• Have all documents complete and ready, with no blank fields that require notarization

We reserve the right to decline to notarize any document if we have reason to believe the signer is not who they claim to be, is signing under duress, does not appear to understand the transaction, or if the document is incomplete or appears fraudulent — consistent with our obligations under Georgia notary law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Professional Services LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Magic Professional Services LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from false information you provide, fraudulent documents you present, or your misuse of our services.

8. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Magic Professional Services LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Georgia.
